These Terms govern your use of the Site and its associated and services including advertising, all communications, content, updates and new releases, (collectively, the "Services"). It includes reference to the Site’s Privacy Policy. All of the Site and Services are within the scope of this Agreement.
Hazefy connects customers with sellers. The seller identified on your order is responsible for the products it supplies, including authenticity, quality, safety, labelling, legal compliance, packaging and fulfilment. Where the platform itself is the seller, its corresponding seller obligations remain applicable.
Listing review is based on information, images and documents supplied to the platform. Listing approval is not certification, laboratory testing or a guarantee of suitability for every person. We do not routinely open or physically inspect sellers' parcels.
Sellers must not supply illegal, counterfeit, adulterated, unsafe or otherwise prohibited goods or services. They must hold required licences and provide accurate ingredients, warnings, expiry information and usage instructions where applicable. Report suspected unlawful listings or unsafe products to customer support for review and appropriate action.
Read labels, allergy warnings and instructions before use. Stop using a product if it causes a rash, allergic reaction, illness or another adverse effect, and seek appropriate medical advice. Keep the product details and order number when reporting an issue. Sellers and manufacturers remain responsible for applicable product-safety and product-liability obligations; the platform does not guarantee suitability for individual health or dietary needs.
Contact customer support with the order number for product or delivery complaints. We facilitate review with the seller and assistance under our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy. Product-related responsibility ordinarily rests with the supplying seller or manufacturer, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these terms prevents complaints to a regulator, consumer commission or court, or claims against any legally responsible party, including the platform where applicable. No disclaimer excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for the platform's own acts or omissions.
No intellectual property ownership rights transfer from you to us, or us to you, as a result of this Agreement. The content of the Site is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the Site, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Site without written permission from the management of Hazefy.
Hazefy reserves the right, in our absolute discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the Site or Services without notice. Upon such termination or suspension, you will be denied access to any information or files you have stored on the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hazefy and its employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates, against any and all claims, suits, actions, or other proceedings brought against them based on or arising from any claim resulting from your breach of this Agreement, your violation of any law or third party right, any claim that use of our services has harmed a third party, your use of the Site, the Services or your data. You will pay any and all costs, damages, and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs awarded against or otherwise incurred by us in connection with or arising from any such claim, suit, action, or proceeding. Hazefy reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any claims. You agree to reasonably cooperate as requested by Hazefy in the defence of any claims.
The Site and Services are provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We assume no liability for any:
